An excellent bed and breakfast 10 mins walk from historic centre. It was super clean and quiet and the staff were lovely. Lots of thoughtful touches put in on a par with a much more expensive hotel including bathrobes and slippers, 'proper' hairdryer as well as a wall mounted one, fruit bowl, replenished daily, a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks. Fridge was well stocked with water every day and there were tea and coffee making facilities. A very generous breakfast with a wide selection of cheese, meats, fresh fruit salad and local cakes served on the sunny roof terrace. Owners recommended some great local restaurants which we would never have found ourselves. Bologna is a wonderful city and the lovely people at this charming house made our visit.

Mi sono piaciuti: Our room was a well equipped suite with kitchen and private patio, and they provide a generous and quickly replenished stock of bottled water and fresh fruit too! The breakfast on their upstairs terrace was very nice as well. Hotel has limited checkin times so be aware of that if you are arriving at an odd hour. A little out of the main area in a sort of meh neighborhood for tourists but it’s very quiet and a 15-20 minute walk to the action and 20-25 to the train station. Seemed very friendly for kids and dogs too.

Bread at breakfast should be fresher, also isolation between rooms and other parts of the building isn't the best. No street noise at all but some from other guests, and neighbours.
