I would give a perfect score for the property for the following reasons: 1. The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. The lady went out of her way to give detaled suggestions for parking and house entrance. 2. The location is right in the city, within walking distance of historical sites, restaurants and shops. 3. The room is very cozy and clean. 4. The breakfast is wonderful and delicious. I highly recommend the hotel.

Mi sono piaciuti: Çok temiz bir otel, insan kendini evindeki gibi huzurlu hissediyor. Odalar geniş ve konforlu. Konum olarak şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde! Kahvaltı bir Harika! Otel sahipleri ise her konuda yardımcı oluyor.
Mi sono piaciuti: Lots of wonderful personal touches - wine, nibbles, fruit, water. Very attentive hosts - nothing too much trouble. Delicious breakfast with a wide range of savoury and sweet items, including homemade, freshly bakes croissants.
We are so glad we chose this small hotel after previous reviews. Friendly, personal and welcoming. Complimentary bottle of wine in room on arrival as well as snacks and water was added bonus. We asked for restaurant recommendatiions and Consuela booked for us 2 excellent local trattoria. Breakfast surpassed what we were offered in very expensive Venice hotel. Bologna is a lovely city and easy to see on foot from Palazzo Trevi. We would definately stay here again.

Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Det är ett familjeägt Bed & Breakfast som gör allt för att gästerna ska trivas. Läget är perfekt om man kommer med bil. Samtidigt som det ligger i utkanten och lätt att köra till garaget är det gångavstånd till centrum.

Mi sono piaciuti: Very clean rooms with all the facilities needed plus added extras. The owners went out of their way to be really helpful with restaurant advice, taxi and train bookings etc. It was easy to walk into Bologna centre from this property.
We had a wonderful time and stayed two nights here. Clean, friendly staff. Very welcoming and a bottle of wine and gifts awaited us in our room. Wonderful breakfast! The owners are wonderful people. Very helpful. We loved it there!
