Mi sono piaciuti:
We loved our hostess ! They treated us very well and gave us ideas to what to see and where to eat. The breakfast was out of this world !!
Non mi sono piaciuti:
The only thing we didn't like and it wasn't about the hotel, it was about how shocked we were walking to the Plaza Magorrie and seeing the graffiti everywhere on historical buildings. You see this in America only in the bad parts of town.

Raro livello di professionalità e calore personale , interni deliziosi e curati nei minimi dettagli, ottime condizioni di manutenzione. Un bijou di hotel de charm!

Overall great place to stay, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, and about 10-15 mins walk to the main plaza in the city centre. The room was spacious, but the shower very small. Bed very comfortable and area very quiet at night suitable for a good night's sleep. The room furniture however is very old (wardrobes and study desk) and the floorboards creak at night when other guests walk around. The manager claimed it was 'classic furniture, especially manufactured to look old'. Breakfast is served from 8-10 am, but the manager was happy to accommodate my early starts, and have breakfast start from 7.30am instead. Kitchen staff/lady very helpful and efficient.
Mi sono piaciuti: Great location in a quiet residential area, but only 5- 10 minutes walk to central Bologna. Lovely spacious rooms, well equipped and very clean. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Parking is €20/day....reasonable for Bologna but not mentioned in booking info.

Mi sono piaciuti: it started with a warm welcome from the hosts and ended with our wish to come back.

Hosts were very welcoming and warm. Breakfast was delicious and staff made great coffee. Lovely setting with outdoor terrace. Room was a good size. One of our party wanted to stay longer and our hosts, with a bit of juggling, were able to oblige and made our time together more special.

Nothing. Great location. Lovely owners and staff.
