We spent a delightful three nights here and would recommend highly. Our room was immaculate and of generous proportions. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our hosts were able to recommend several restaurants that were where local residents would go. The breakfasts were excellent with an extensive choice of fine food. The walk to the basilica on the hill is a must although fairly strenuous in what was very warm conditions, although a delicious gelato was most welcome back in town. Bologna itself is a beautiful town with its portico'd streets and impressive architecture.

Mi sono piaciuti: Posizione molto comoda a pochi passi dal centro, camere eleganti, ben arredate, con tutti i comfort. Ottima e ricca colazione. Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile che ha saputo da subito indicarci con dovizia di particolari tutti i luoghi di interesse di Bologna e i migliori ristoranti.

Mi sono piaciuti: stanza spaziosa, bagno bellissimo con set di cortesia comprese le ciabatte. Pulizia assoluta. In camera c'erano frutta, dolci e una bottiglia di vino il tutto offerto. Ottima la colazione con dolci e salato, vasta scelta. Personale gentilissimo! posto elegante e con grande stile. Posso dire solo bene di questa struttura.
Non mi sono piaciuti: non dipende dalla struttura ma è difficile accostarsi con la macchina per scaricare i bagagli. Purtroppo c'erano dei lavori in strada e la presenza costante di vigili urbani che impedivano la veloce sosta. Quando c'è una struttura ricettiva dovrebbero facilitarne il lavoro non impedirlo!

Mi sono piaciuti: Персонала имаше прекрасно отношение към нас. Закуската беше много хубава, стаята ни също така беше зареждана с комплименти от хотела (солети, кафе, ядки, вино). Чистеха и сменяха кърпите и чаршафите всеки ден. Помагаха ни с всички въпроси които имахме.
This really is a charming house. The owners Consuela and Francesco are very attentive, and explain that at the time they are not at Reception, you can get in with a keypad number. The room was lovely: very light, pretty and comfortable. Plenty of room to put your stuff in the bathroom. There was a bowl of fruit, a bottle of local wine and some nuts in our room, everything, including the water in the fridge was free. The attention to detail was exemplary. The breakfast was delightful, a wide choice of food and you could eat outside on the terrace or inside.
