Mi sono piaciuti: The owners were lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, the beds comfortable and the shower powerful. The free snacks and bottle of wine were a generous touch. The location was good - an easy 10 minute walk to the main piazza. The breakfast was plentiful.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Couldn't quite work out the heating system - more instructions would be helpful.
Mi sono piaciuti: Het ontbijt dat je kon gebruiken op een klein dakterras. Heerlijk.
De eigenaars zijn enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben er alles aan gedaan om mijn verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Zeer vriendelijke mensen.
Non mi sono piaciuti: De kamers zijn niet enorm groot, maar wel voorzien van alle comfort.

Il soggiorno in questo hotel è sempre rilassante per l'ambiente tranquillo, fine, accogliente, la disponibilità e precisione dei titolari, l'ottima colazione sul terrazzino (tempo permettendo). Le camere sono di giusta dimensione; a volte si può avere la fortuna di averne addirittura una con il salottino....Più

Ho avuto modo di prenotare questa struttura di non molte camere a Bologna. La prima volta mi sono trovato bene. Ho passato due notti. La seconda volta anche meglio! Andare due volte nello stesso posto è sempre la prova del nove. Il personale è cordiale...Più
Mi sono piaciuti: Immediate help with the minor issues that arise and expert local advice. Proximity to San Luca and the portico. Room and breakfast staff were AAA+.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Not really a negative but from the quiet residential area it is an interesting walk to the centre.
