Наличие парковки в трех минутах ходьбы от отеля.
Хорошие завтраки.

Здание и комнаты очень старые, хоть и чистые.
Присутствовал странные запах - позже выяснилось, что это бытовая химия после уборки.
Нет балконов.
Странная история с пододеяльниками - их нет) Только простыни и пледы на них. Впрочем, это проблема всей Италии.

Frühstück war ok. Nur 2 Brotsorten, nur hartgekochte Eier (meist kalt). Leckeren Obstsalat.

Wir haben in einer Unterkunft dieser Preisklasse mit SAT-TV wenigstens einen deutschensprachigen oder englischen Sender erwartet. NUR italienische Kanäle ☹️
Don't be put off by the limited from desk hours. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and they give you their mobile phone numbers to reach them in case of emergency. The location was great for walking around Bologna. Internet speed was good, shower had great water pressure & temperature. Overall great.Mi sono piaciuti: location, safety, clean
