This is a good place to stay: Very nice room, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good, location good as well, out of the most touristy area of Bologna.
Non mi sono piaciuti:
Bread at breakfast should be fresher, also isolation between rooms and other parts of the building isn't the best. No street noise at all but some from other guests, and neighbours.
Mi sono piaciuti: Very clean, newly renovated, owners definitely have created a lovely accommodation and were very responsive when I mentioned that I wasn’t getting hot water from the bathroom tap, it was immediately remedied. Bed and bedding comfortable. Breakfast good quality.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Little sound insulation, heard water through pipes when neighbors flushed. Voices carried from other rooms although window insulation helped when closed. Slightly out of main tourist area which can be good or not depending on what you area looking for. Easy walking to all sights though.

Mi sono piaciuti: Bellissima struttura. Gentilissimi i proprietari. Camera spaziosa e ben arredata. Parcheggio vicino.
Mi sono piaciuti: Our apartment was perfect for my wife, granddaughter and me, even including full kitchen and private patio. Buffet breakfast was top of the line. A great home base for exploring Bologna and nearby cities off the tourist circuit, e.g, Ferrara suggested by hosts. Loved this place.

Mi sono piaciuti: Uns hat alles gefallen, angefangen vom guten Frühstück bis hin zur sehr freundlichen Besitzerfamilie und den geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern
Non mi sono piaciuti: Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 1 und da hat man jeden "Bade,- Toilettengang" der anderen Gäste gehört - aber das ist auch wirklich das Einzige, was es zu bemängeln gäbe
Hard to beat accommodation in Bologna.
Mi sono piaciuti: We liked almost everything. Owners were very professional and always went for the extra mile. Very useful recomendations about the city attractions and restaurants. Also about other cities in the vicinity. Room was perfect with all the amenities required. Breakfast was one of the best we ever had outside home.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Wi-fi is a bit “iffy”. Sometimes it works well. Then it disconnects and you are required to reconnect. A bit annoying if you are a wifi user. This is the only issue that prevented us to rate the experience a full 10
