Mi sono piaciuti: There is an elevator (lift) available. Breakfast was wonderful! Location is a big plus. Staff was very Friendly & spoke broken English better than I could speak Italian.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Car parking was off-site, but it was still safe.
Mi sono piaciuti: Delightful and helpful staff, great breakfast in roof garden, very convenient location and comfortable room.
Non mi sono piaciuti: A little awkward filling kettle which was in the mezzanine . A jug of water would help.

Mi sono piaciuti: Posizione Ottima, colazione molto buona, Camera molto spaziosa con bagno davvero confortevole.
Mi sono piaciuti: Well... we loved everything! It is our second time in Palazzo Trevi, especially because of the comfort, coziness and kindness of the owners! I loved that the breakfast was extremely varied (not only the "cafe e brioche" the Italians prefer), that there was an ironing board and iron in the room as well a a fruit basket on the house! Lovely experience, all around!
Mi sono piaciuti: A lovely B&B in Bologna with good location (centre is about a 15 min walk) and very comfortable / clean rooms. Breakfast is good. Hotel reception very helpful and welcoming. I would stay here again.

Mi sono piaciuti: Camera piccola ma ben arredata completa di tutto, il bagno è molto grande e comodo. La struttura è posizionata in un luogo tranquillo, non si è disturbati dal traffico o dal vociare della gente durante la notte.
Non mi sono piaciuti: La camera è piccola anche se ben organizzata, una volta accese le luci la camera è super illuminata, anche troppo
Hard to beat accommodation in Bologna.
Mi sono piaciuti: We liked almost everything. Owners were very professional and always went for the extra mile. Very useful recomendations about the city attractions and restaurants. Also about other cities in the vicinity. Room was perfect with all the amenities required. Breakfast was one of the best we ever had outside home.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Wi-fi is a bit “iffy”. Sometimes it works well. Then it disconnects and you are required to reconnect. A bit annoying if you are a wifi user. This is the only issue that prevented us to rate the experience a full 10
