Mi sono piaciuti: Owners were great people and location was very good. Appreciated them taking care of parking the car in a remote lot. They also recommended a local restaurant that was excellent.

Mi sono piaciuti: Very clean rooms with all the facilities needed plus added extras. The owners went out of their way to be really helpful with restaurant advice, taxi and train bookings etc. It was easy to walk into Bologna centre from this property.

Don't be put off by the limited from desk hours. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and they give you their mobile phone numbers to reach them in case of emergency. The location was great for walking around Bologna. Internet speed was good, shower had great water pressure & temperature. Overall great.Mi sono piaciuti: location, safety, clean

Frühstück war ok. Nur 2 Brotsorten, nur hartgekochte Eier (meist kalt). Leckeren Obstsalat.

Wir haben in einer Unterkunft dieser Preisklasse mit SAT-TV wenigstens einen deutschensprachigen oder englischen Sender erwartet. NUR italienische Kanäle ☹️
