Het terras bij het huisje, zwembad, afstand strand, kiosk, speeltuin, restaurant en centrum op loopafstand.
Non mi sono piaciuti:
Zou om de speeltuin een hekje plaatsen zodat kleine kinderen veilig kunnen spelen en niet zomaar het zwembad in kunnen lopen. Zag dat meerdere ouders daar tegen aan liepen. Als je er een hekje om heen doet, dat zou super zijn en zeker een veiligheid voor de kinderen.

Очень зелёная территория, много цветов. Бассейн чистят каждый день. Найти отель легко, по навигатору. Парковка общественная на улице, где расположен отель, по вечерам выходных бывает сложно припарковаться. Каждые 2 дня меняют полотенце. У нас был номер-Студио на 1 ( у русских второй) этаже, с кухней. Все принадлежности для приготовление еды были, кроме чайника. Большой балкон, на котором есть стол со стульями. В номере была сушка для белья. Шампунь кладут только при заезде, больше не пополняют запасы. До моря мин 10 пешком, можно на машине доехать, но парковка 5 евро в день. Пляж отличный, песок и голубая вода, как на картинках. Есть ещё бары, где только напитки и закуски. У отеля есть свои шезлонги и зонтики на пляже, для гостей отеля бесплатные. Также при заезде выдают пляжные полотенце. Недалёко находится озеро с фламинго. Рядом с отелем есть прекрасный ресторан, в который надо приходить или в 19 или резервировать места. До центра города мин 10-15 пешком. На территории отеля есть небольшая детская площадка и недалёко есть городской парк с площадками. Есть русскоговорящих девушка среди персонала.

Интернет есть только у бассейна и рецепшен, качество так себе. Завтраки лучше не брать, очень скромные. Дешевле прийти и попить кофе за деньги

Mi sono piaciuti:
Perfect location with everything nearby. 10 mins to the beautiful beach, 10 mins to the play park, 30 seconds to a nice restaurant, 20 mins into the centre of town. All at walking distance!
Pool area very pleasant. Clean apartment. Plenty of cupboards and storage for our things.
Non mi sono piaciuti:
Cleaning of the outside areas could have been better at times. Kids left food packaging and other rubbish by the play area and it took one day for it to disappear despite we mentioned it to a member of staff. External steps could have been swept more often and rubbish bins in recicling areas could have been labelled in a clearer way, especially for foreign customers.

Mi sono piaciuti: В номере есть кухня, большая ванная комната, комфортные спальные места, удобный выход на террасу и к бассейну. Отличный завтрак, вкусные круассаны, качественное обслуживание. Рядом с отелем хороший ресторан по соотношению цена/качество.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Цена в целом высокая, но для Сардинии это нормально. Маловато развлечений (но это относится больше к городу в целом)
«Excellent Family-Oriented Resort (Best Pool Ever!) with Access to Nicest Part of Simius Beach»
Mi sono piaciuti: Fantastic family-friendly grounds: a small playground for younger children, a large kiddie pool, adult pool connected to kiddie pool by a lazy river-style channel that flows under a bridge (our daughter loved floating under the bridge, and extensive lawn for running. Lots of kids here, so your youngsters won't get lonely. The pool bar is awesome and really well-priced. The barman is one of the coolest and friendliest guys you'll meet. Compared to most lodging in Villasimius, this place is (relatively) close to the beach - and not only, but by far this is the nicest, cleanest part of the beach (and they have their own free loungers and umbrellas for guests). We walked the entire length of Simius beach, and can say that Green Resort's area of the beach is simply the best, while the town's main paved beach entrance with parking (near some on-the-beach hotels) lets out onto the dirtiest, most seaweed-infested part of the stretch. We literally spent 10 minutes at the "main" part of the beach before leaving.
Non mi sono piaciuti: This isn't really a criticism of the property, but of the setup of Villasimius: unless you stay in one of the over-priced, past-their-prime resorts directly on the beach, you are going to have quite a trek walking to and from the beach no matter where you stay in Villasimius. Neither Simius nor Porto Giunco beach have beach promenades proper, so navigating them with children and strollers is a bit difficult. The road from Green Resort to the beach is a dirt road and can take 15-20 mins with small children - I really recommend driving and parking (5 EUR, seems to be on the honor system)! But again, this property is one of the closest!
