Villetta trop petite - personnel très à l'ecoute

Location d'une viletta pour 5 personnes - 2 chambres + le salon faisant office de chambre - vraiment trop petit - boiler bruyant - gouttes d'eau des toilettes ressort (incilinaison pas assez pentue)-clim peu performante au prinemps- Il s'est averé qu'une villetta presentait ces defauts car après avoir changé de villetta, nous avons gagné en confort - plus aucun soucis cités precedemment6 Le personnel nous a proposé de bonnes solutions quant à notre sejour. La saison ( mi-avril) a peut être aidé à notre moyenne satisfaction. A revoir durant les mois d'été.

Fun, great beach, if a little far from resort, perfect location for getting into town, kids loved it

Mi sono piaciuti: The pools were good, kids enjoyed them. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Accommodation was basic and cramped. Mosquitos were bad.

Expedia description of room type was confusing. We booked 2 bedroom apartment with Expedia and upon arrival were shown to a 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the tiny kitchen diner. Not suitable for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids. The actual hotel website shows 2 bedroom apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bedroom apartments with sofa bed in the tiny kitchen. Hotel staff eventually swapped us to a sister Hotel with a two room apartment we thought we had booked through Expedia. Hotel owner protested heavily it was an Expedia issue but was kind enough to help us.Mi sono piaciuti: The pool area and close to the town centre and beach.
