La struttura è molto accogliente e ci sono tutti i comfort. Con la famiglia (3 bimbi) ci stamo trovati benissimo, silenzioso e tano verde. La spiaggia non è vicinissima a piedi, ma assolutamente favolosa!

era la ns prima volta al residence. la struttura delle aree comuni si presenta bene molto curata e sempre molto pulita. le camere abbastanza confortevoli unico consiglio il cambio di asciugamani e teli mare da effettuare almeno ogni 2 giorni (calcolando che si tratta di...Più

Mi sono piaciuti: Отель очень зелёный и красивый! За свою цену лучше не найти. На кухне есть все необходимое. Рядом хороший ресторан. Город не далеко, где есть супермаркеты. Советую этот отель!

Fantastic family-friendly grounds: a small playground for younger children, a large kiddie pool, adult pool connected to kiddie pool by a lazy river-style channel that flows under a bridge (our daughter loved floating under the bridge, and extensive lawn for running. Lots of kids here, so your youngsters won't get lonely. The pool bar is awesome and really well-priced. The barman is one of the coolest and friendliest guys you'll meet. Compared to most lodging in Villasimius, this place is (relatively) close to the beach - and not only, but by far this is the nicest, cleanest part of the beach (and they have their own free loungers and umbrellas for guests). We walked the entire length of Simius beach, and can say that Green Resort's area of the beach is simply the best, while the town's main paved beach entrance with parking (near some on-the-beach hotels) lets out onto the dirtiest, most seaweed-infested part of the stretch. We literally spent 10 minutes at the "main" part of the beach before leaving.

This isn't really a criticism of the property, but of the setup of Villasimius: unless you stay in one of the over-priced, past-their-prime resorts directly on the beach, you are going to have quite a trek walking to and from the beach no matter where you stay in Villasimius. Neither Simius nor Porto Giunco beach have beach promenades proper, so navigating them with children and strollers is a bit difficult. The road from Green Resort to the beach is a dirt road and can take 15-20 mins with small children - I really recommend driving and parking (5 EUR, seems to be on the honor system)! But again, this property is one of the closest!
Weekend meraviglioso
Ottima posizione per recarsi a piedi sia in paese che in spiaggia. Camere accoglienti e pulite. il verde è rigoglioso e molto curato. arredi comodi e accoglienti. il personale sempre cortese e disponibile. Consigliato anche per famiglie.
