Ottima posizione tra il paese e la spiaggia, entrambi rapidamente raggiungibili. Vicinanza di ristoranti e market. Giardino e piscina molto curati e accoglienti. Camere pulite (pulizia anche infrasettimanale) equipaggiate dell'essenziale per cucinare in autonomia; biancheria pulita e completa. Il confort del letto potrebbe essere migliorato.

Accoglienza super Disponibilitá massima Posizione interessante - all'arrivo ci sembrava scomoda la relativa lontananza dalla spiaggia (circa 10 minuti a piedi), ma poi si é rivelata molto comoda. Molto vicina al centro del paese (che non é un granchè - ristoranti medi e tantissimo traffico)...Più

Uno dei migliori villaggi in cui sia mai stato. Per famiglie come noi (con 2 bambine 7 & 10 anni) semplicemente perfetto. Pulito, tranquiill, personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Una vacanza rilassante. Magari la presenza di un caffe/bar aperto la sera potrebbe servire.

This is our 6th stay with Green Village and Palm Village. It is an excellent location to stay with a young family. We stayed here with our baby (9 months) and 4 year old son. It has everything you need, but don't expect luxury, it is basic. Importantly, the Resort is very well maintained, repaired (houses, plants, swimmingpool, etc.), cleaned and improved over the years. The location close to the beach with their own beds and umbrellas at one of the best beaches in the world, is the most important reason for returning. Moreover, the sea is very calm and shallow, which is ideal for young kids. Of course Italian food and icecream doesn't hurt either.
Stayed a week in a small independent house next by the pool area. Had a very nice patio where we enjoyed breakfast. Pool was clean and had a nice shape. The sunbeds by the pool/beach was fine and there was always some available. Towels for sunbathing is free and is replaced once a week or against a fee of 3 EUR. Wi-Fi was free but you had to be next to the reception to get it to work. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located between the beach and Villasimius, about 400 meters to both. A great restaurant is located just by the hotel, serving lunch and dinner. I can definitely recommend this hotel.
We went in April. The weather was about 18 - 23 and mostly sunny. It rained a couple of times, but once was overnight, so not a problem. Lots of things are shut in April in Villasimius and the surrounding beach resorts as the season doesn't start until June there. This was OK for us as we were there for the beach and to relax. Green Villas is a lovely quiet place with beautiful plants and flowers. Quite basic and small accomodation, but with everything that you'd need. The apartment had shutters that were very dark and kept our kids asleep until at least 730am! The pool was very cold in April so if you wanted a pool, the sister resort Palm Village had a warmer one that you could use. There was a good restaurant, Il Fornedu (?) just next door.
The appartments are obviously brand new and as such very well equipped. We had a 6 person appartment with 2 double rooms with plenty of cupboard space and a pull out double bed in the lounge. The condition and cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. The site was made up of about 12 small bungalow type apartments with a communal barbeque area which was a bonus, each bungalow had a terrace and an outside table with chairs, also equipped with washing line to dry towels and outside shower to shower off sand from the beach. There was a pool which had a shallow and a deep section to it, plus a paddling pool for the little ones. The kitchen had a fridge and plenty of cooking equipment and a hob with 4 rings. The rental includes room towels which are changed half way through the week and beach towels that you keep for the week, also included are sunbeds and umberellas on a private section of beach. You can also use the hotels sister resort pool at Palm Village. WARNING: The beach is not a short walk from the apartment but a 20 minutes dusty track walk in direct sunlight so if you have hired a car it will come in handy to get to the beach - big car park next to beach.
