Non mi sono piaciuti: Apartment Bungalow maximal für 4 Personen geeignet. Raumgröße sehr beengt.

The cleaning is poor. We could recommend cleaning every 2. day plus fresh towels every 2. day. Dont forget toilet paper.The kitchen inventory, fridge and kitchen tools needs to be updated / shifted. Beds are very soft.

Had hobs , no oven or microwave or toaster or kettle . Not exactly setup properly as advertised. Limited kitchen utensils if you did boil anything for tea

Mi sono piaciuti: Posizioni ed esterni: fossero curati gli appartamenti come la zona piscina sarebbe il top.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Non mi è piaciuto l"appartamento: le piastre elettriche come fornelli sono veramente poco funzionali e il materasso era veramente scomodo. Se avete bambini che necessitano di biberon portatevi un bollitore/scalda biberon da casa Connessione wii-fi nelle aree comuni pessima. Inoltre la zona lavanderia non è fruibile causa Covid, ma nessuno lo aveva comunicato prima della partenza
A bit disappointed after reading the other reviews. It was not that quiet, it all depends on whether you have twenty-something Italians staying, who want to stay up talking loudly, drinking and playing cards till 3:00am! Not as bad as some English abroad I know, but still a pain. It is primarily an Italian Resort. I know that is not the fault of the Resort, but a few signs asking for consideration of noise after midnight would not go amiss. Furniture, fridge was broken, there were the very bare essentials in the kitchen, no lighter for the hob, bed was rock hard! They also removed the sunbeds and umbrellas from the designated area on the beach that you have free use of them, when people were still arriving to stay. It was the last 2 days of our holiday still to go. Seem to finish their season the last week of September, without informing you. On the up side, the location near the lovely beaches was nice, handy for the shops/restaurants and the pool was nice, they just need to improve on the other things.
We stayed at green village for just 5 nights. Overall we were very happy with accomodation. Just enough for the two of us. Close to the beach (about 10 mins walk) and it was great to have free sunbeds and beach towels. The beach is lovely. Very windy when we were there!
The resort is very good for family's. Maybe a little noisy for couples wanting peace and quiet but not unbearable.
We were dissapointed in the restaurants in villasimius which we found very expensive and poor value ( 4.5€ for a green salad side dish which turned out to be a small bowl of iceberg lettuce). If you stick to pizza every night you will be ok!
You could self cater but the thought of adding more heat to the very hot apartment was not appealing. Our air conditioning did not seem to be working very well. Also there is no kettle and we had to boil water in a pot which took ages and as there were no teacups or mugs we had to drink our tea out of soup bowls! I did mention this at the end of our stay to the receptionist so maybe they will provide at least cups for us English and our need for tea!

Mi sono piaciuti: The pools were good, kids enjoyed them. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Accommodation was basic and cramped. Mosquitos were bad.
Expedia description of room type was confusing. We booked 2 bedroom apartment with Expedia and upon arrival were shown to a 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the tiny kitchen diner. Not suitable for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids. The actual hotel website shows 2 bedroom apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bedroom apartments with sofa bed in the tiny kitchen.
Hotel staff eventually swapped us to a sister Hotel with a two room apartment we thought we had booked through Expedia. Hotel owner protested heavily it was an Expedia issue but was kind enough to help us.Mi sono piaciuti: The pool area and close to the town centre and beach.

Non mi sono piaciuti: Non mi è piaciuto che gli accordi sul checkin e checkout non sono stati mantenuti: nonostante avessimo avuto conferma degli orari da noi richiesti siamo stati invitati a fare il check out entro le ore 10:00. L'avessi saputo precedentemente avrei scelto un'altra struttura. Per quello che abbiamo pagato (250€ a notte) mi aspettavo una qualità di un livello superiore.
