Non mi sono piaciuti: Abbiamo trovato l'ambiente troppo poco riscaldato e una coperta in più va sempre bene😃
Mi sono piaciuti: Staff simpático e prestável; localização excelente.
Mi sono piaciuti: The breakfast was excellent. There was a nice little outside space near (but not in) our room. Too bad it was raining.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The staff "lost" our passports for about 2 hours, but thankfully found them. They were quite helpful and apologetic about the matter. (And hosted us to drinks at the roof bar to compensate.)
There was a ugly exercise bike in our room for some reason.
There wasn't enough lighting in the room.
Mi sono piaciuti: Dejligt værelse helt nymoderniseret. Rigtig god beliggenhed og venligt personale.

Non mi sono piaciuti: The building is not very well suited to being a hotel, with cramped common areas.
