Mi sono piaciuti: We had a room with bunk bed for the kids and small living room for us to relax in the evening. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It has all modern comfort. The breakfast was very luxurious with all kinds of little treats, we just had to keep trying. The rooftop terras is lovely to have a drink in the evening.

Mi sono piaciuti: Friendly and helpful reception staff, breakfast first rate with very accommodating staff, location is terrific-close to all shopping, historical sites and restaurants. And even though this is right off of Via Indipendenza, a happening and busy street, it is totally quiet inside. Our room had a lovely courtyard where we could relax in the warm afternoons. The rooftop garden is amazing(staff included)-the view with a glass of red wine at 6:00p just hits the spot!
Non mi sono piaciuti: Our toilet did seem to have an odor about it.... Our only complaint-it could certainly be rectified.
Mi sono piaciuti: Interesting design of furnitures, bathroom etc. Location great, between train station and city center. Stuff friendly.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The name of the drinks in fridge are not same with those in the price list, so we accidentally opened a very expensive wine.

Mi sono piaciuti: La situació. A pocs minuts caminant de la plaça Maggiore. Amb restaurants a molt a prop. Atenció del personal excel•lent. Buffet esmorzar força complet.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Res, tot perfecte.

Mi sono piaciuti: We stayed in a part of the hotel where the rooms surrounded a small courtyard; very peaceful with no noise from the city outside.
