The hotel is very well located, 5 m8nutes walk from Piazza Maggiore. The breakfast was absolutely excellent (lots of fruits, the fresh figgs were delicious).
Non mi sono piaciuti:
The room was a austere, but nothing to be a real cause for complaint.
Mi sono piaciuti: We arrived 2 hours early, chanced it to see if we could leave our bags whilst exploring and reception were fantastic, arranged for us to book in straight away and showed us straight to a room, brilliant service. Room was nicely decorated and comfortable whilst the view from the roof top terrace was amazing whilst we had a drink in the evening

Дважды сняли оплату за номер, теперь месяц ждать возврата, если не вернётся, то ещё потом ждать пока Отель обращение рассмотрит...нельзя так((

Mi sono piaciuti: The location and the breakfast were great.
Mi sono piaciuti: We stayed in a part of the hotel where the rooms surrounded a small courtyard; very peaceful with no noise from the city outside.

Mi sono piaciuti:
Service was perfect en heerlijke bedden. Mooie, ruime en schone kamer. Goede instructies gekregen vooraf gekregen voor parkeren.
Non mi sono piaciuti:
Het ontbijt was heerlijk, maar iets meer hartige producten (vleeswaren) was welkom geweest. Douche had ook iets ruimer gemogen, er was genoeg ruimte.
