Mi sono piaciuti: La posizione dell'albergo, ottima rispetto al centro storico e stazione ferroviaria. La camera consegnata era veramente carina.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Il prezzo per la prima colazione è standardizzato sugli stranieri, perché loro effettivamente mangiano. A noi italiani, baste in genere un caffè, un cappuccino o tè con qualche biscotto o brioches. Bisognerebbe diversificare i trattamenti per la prima colazione con prezzo adeguato per gli uni e gli altri.
Mi sono piaciuti: We booked the "Business Suite" for 2 nights over Valentine's weekend to dine at nearby (30 mins train) Osteria Francescana in Modena. The room was beautiful with modern, fresh, bright decor. Top floor with a lovely terrace with a great view and outside shower. Two large beds, spa bath, separate table area, sofa, safe... Plenty of space! The hotel receptionists were lovely and helpful. The location was very convenient and walking distance to everything. We'd definitely book again!
Non mi sono piaciuti: The room was lovely and these are small things but... 1. There are three! televisions in the room... And when we turned on one TV, two came on because the controls were the same... 2. The mini bar is very stylish (on the wall) and designed to hold the contents but left no space for us to store our bottled water. 3. We had a large (dining) table and would have liked to have some cutlery and glasses to enjoy a light snack when we didn't feel like going out to dinner after our tasting lunch. 4. We booked a room including breakfast which was in a nice room but food wasn't that great, so next time I'd eat out (and unfortunately there was a long hair on the buffet table one morning which put us off eating).

Le tre stelle non rendono certo onore a questo albergo situato a pochi passi da Piazza maggiore . Bellezza delle camere alcune con terrazza, pulizia , cortesia dei titolari e del personale ne meriterebbe senza dubbio quattro . Andateci ! Davvero bello Alberto Venezia

We spent 2 nights in this wonderful hotel, The hotel is located at the heart of Bologna, rooms have modern design, everything is new and decorated beautifully. Service of the team was perfect Including helpful recommendations of the sights and great recommendations of restaurants, I would give it a 5 star score !!!!
