They made me feel very welcome and I found the manager Claudio to be very helpful when I needed some special consideration. I wanted to experience the urban aspects of Bologna and the Hotel Metropolitan is perfectly situated for walking around town and public transportation.
Arrived in the middle of snow chaos, Bologna train station was madhouse. Easy 5min taxi ride to hotel. (If not for all the snow on the ground, the train station is a easy walk away) Hotel staff were warm and welcoming. Very glad to have...Più

I stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very good location, close to the center and its numerous attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the bathroom was spacious. I called the day of arrival to book at last minute. As the apartments were not available try offered us a hotel room Upon arrival we were upgraded. The lady ( apologies as I forgot her name but she had brown hair) was amazing. She warned us where to and not to park and assisted us with our parking ticket....
Hotel moderno, bem decorado e muito bem localizado! Da para visitar os pontos turísticos à pé. Café da manhã diferente...

Frequento assiduamente il metropolitan ormai da quasi cinque anni perché è un ottimo albergo in un'ottima posizione. Il personale poi è davvero gentile... mi fa sentire "quasi" a casa. Molto consigliato per lavoro o per vacanza.

Albergo in posizione ottima per visitare il centro città. Le camere sono pulite e di giusta dimensione, la colazione è buona e varia. Il personale, specie della reception, è gentile e di aiuto per qualsiasi necessità. Si spende il giusto per questa struttura.
