ottima accoglienza, personale gentile, in particolare la ragazza delle prime colazioni, sempre sorridente fin dalla mattina presto e il signore della reception, con gli occhiali e i capelli bianchi molto competente e sempre disponibile,
Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the centre and tourist attractions. Very clean and well decorated hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. As soon as we mentioned a bulb was not working it was replaced. We would certainly recommend this hotel

Siamo presenti ogni anno a Bologna nel periodo della Fiera del Libro per ragazzi ( marzo). Dopo numerosi tentativi poco soddisfacenti abbiamo trovato l'Hotel giusto.
