Mi sono piaciuti: Over all feel of hotel was lovely, modern and peaceful.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Breakfast selection wasn't amazing
Mi sono piaciuti: Our room wasn't ready yet, but the front desk staff quickly found us a suitable room and switched rooms for us. The staff who showed us to our room was so lovely despite the language barrier. She played and laughed with our children and showed us how to work the lights and bunk bed. Fruit selection and options at breakfast were also very nice with fresh made capuccinos.
Non mi sono piaciuti: We needed a few more pancakes at breakfast. There were only two mini pancakes left and only after asking. The "American coffee"... was NOT American style coffee. It was pretty much espresso. We couldn't go to the 5th floor bar unfortunately.. they said because of the rain during the night it wasn't safe. Very disappointing.

Sono stata quattro giorni con il mio ragazzo e devo dire che è stato un soggiorno davvero confortevole, letto comodissimo, camera pulita, ubicato in zona perfetta per visitare il centro di Bologna, personale molto disponibile e colazione abbondante. Da ritornarci sicuramente!

Mi sono piaciuti: Tutto piacevole e gustoso, una vera sorpresa. Ambiente elegante, raffinato, confortevole.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Un po' scomodi i gradini per andare in bagno, soprattutto se ci si alza di notte, ma dipende certo dalla camera.
