Mi sono piaciuti: Cinthia, who looked after us every morning was just delightful, super efficient and very friendly. Really made the difference at this hotel. The hotel is superbly located, clean, modern and feels small and personal.

Mi sono piaciuti: Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable with crisp linens. Bathroom was huge, with large walk in shower. Staff were really helpful, making a reservation for us at a popular restaurant in Modena that we had been trying to get in to. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Bologna. Convenient location for all attractions and the train station.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Only one minor thing, the rain shower head would have been better mounted on the side wall so it sprayed the length of the cubicle rather than on the glass.

Mi sono piaciuti: The best thing about the hotel was the top quality of the staff. Really friendly and helpful. Location superb. Near good restaurants and the sights of the city. Comfortable bed and room.
