Great location.Many fabulous restaurants within walking range. Beautiful room with a Garden Patio with couch and outdoor shower. Friendly, helpful Front of House and Fabulous crew that works the breakfast room.

Wasn't anything we didn't like. Very modern hotel so if someone is looking for the old classics look this won't be for you.

Mi sono piaciuti: The property is in the heart of Bologna with a quick walk to the main square. The location was ideal and the room was still very quiet. The room was very modern with a comfortable bed, large shower, and up to date amenities including a Keurig for espresso. We were excited that we had a PORCH connected to our room which was amazing to just sit and enjoy the morning with coffee or afternoon spritz. Staff were extremely kind and helped us find a place for dinner the first night after striking out at 4 different restaurants due to not having a reservation. The rooftop was a nice place to sit and have a drink at the end of the day. We would stay at this location again due to location and staff.
Non mi sono piaciuti: There was little not to like about the hotel. The elevator was tiny and so it took 2 trips to get our luggage up to our room. Service was very slow at the rooftop bar area and we left the second night after waiting 15 minutes to be greeted. I would have liked another bar area in the hotel.

Mi sono piaciuti: The rooftop bar was very nice, especially the bartender working there. He was super friendly, advising on restaurants etc. and was a highlight of the hotel for me.

Eccezionale
Mi sono piaciuti: L’accueil est très professionnel et cordial, le petit déjeuner excellent avec un grand choix (même un rayon de miel, du jamais vu dans un hôtel), excellente situation dans Bologne et chambre parfaite.
