Excellent location. Staff is fantastic. Shower heads are in desperate need of replacing. Water everywhere after taking a shower. No free bottle of water no body lotion and extremely overpriced drinks in the rooftop bar. Again amazing staff. Specially front desk and the Philippino girls at breakfast. They were amazing.
Mi sono piaciuti: La ubicación es fantástica. Centrico y muy accesible. El hotel está reformado, se nota que era antiguo, y lo han reformado con gusto.

Mi sono piaciuti: Staff alla reception gentilissimo e professionale, Posizione ottima a due passi dalla stazione e dalla Piazza Maggiore.
Mi sono piaciuti: Breakfast buffet had a surprising choice and was good (prunes wrapped in bacon, mini muffins, little pancakes, fruit on a skewer, sausage rolls, pastry nibbles, very good coffee in addition to all the usuals) We should have gone up to the roof terrace a lot earlier but were very glad not to miss it Very clean and well decorated Excellent central location (we arrived by train and walked the 10 mins to the hotel and were on the main square within 1 - 2 minutes)
Non mi sono piaciuti: Staff were extremely helpful and friendly with the exception of one staff member who was very “strict” without being directly unfriendly but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again.
Mi sono piaciuti: Stylish, friendly and quiet. Convenient & well placed in the city centre. Charming and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast excellent and the roof top bar is a treat (although pricey).
Non mi sono piaciuti: The lighting strips in the white marble steps in the reception area are a bit dazzling and confusing. We used the stairs to descend from our 3rd floor room as the lift was often busy. They have sharp turns and metal grippers so you feel you may trip on them. These stairs are also for emergencies, so I’m glad we didn’t need to evacuate while staying there!
Mi sono piaciuti: Loved the rooftop bar. A great place to sit and relax and watch the sun go down away from the busy streets.
