The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a little on the smaller side, but the size was fine for me since I was traveling alone. It was also pretty quiet despite being only two levels above the busy street below. The breakfast buffet was big and had a lot of options. The staff is also friendly, and the location was within walking distance to the train station and other attractions I wanted to see. I would definitely stay here again.
Arrived and explained we were needing a train first thing in the morning and they printed out the train timetable which was very kind! Took our luggage to the room, big room, loads of space. Breakfast was fine, busy but to be honest bologna has so much food to offer, the hotel is fine for a coffee and pastry and then head out! Roberto, in particular, was a treasure. Our room which opened onto a lovely courtyard was small but comfortable - the shower was great!
Keurig hotel met uitstekende service. Omdat we met kind reisden, kregen we een appartement (dichtbij het hotel) aangeboden i.p.v. een hotelkamer. Het appartement was ruim, modern en praktisch ingericht met een klein keukentje. Ontbijt (in het hotel) was goed en locatie is perfect in het bruisende centrum van Bologna. Aanrader!
