We stayed for one night (family of four in two rooms).
Location: Excellent - an easy ten minute walk from the station, and a much shorter walk to the main square.
Check-in: Friendly and efficient. We felt very welcome.
Rooms: Beautiful rooms overlooking an inner courtyard type area; very quiet.
Mi sono piaciuti: A fragrant oasis in a busy city.
Non mi sono piaciuti: A four star hotel should offer a cool drink (water would suffice) on arrival, and there should be complimentary water in the room. [extra]As above.[/extra]
Great location, friendly staff, modern, stylish, spotlessly clean, rooftop terrace with great views, what’s not to like!
An overall excellent experience. Easy check in, pleasant helpful staff, very nice roof top bar. Location is ideal, restaurants, cafes, bars right outside of the door of the hotel. Enjoy your stay, you won't regret staying here.Mi sono piaciuti: Room, location, staff, roof top bar area

Toppenläge centralt i Bologna. Stora rymliga rum och mycket trevlig personal. Lite dåligt med förvaring för kläder på runmet. Frukosten var helt ok för att vara i Italien. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!!
Front desk guy went above and beyond call of duty. I was travelling for a trade show and had many many heavy packages delivered to the hotel before my arrival. They were all stored safely and he helped me next day organize a man with a van to transport the materials to the trade show. So helpful and so nice. Breakfast was lovely. The girls helping at breakfast where super nice. Room was nice. Bathroom was really nice. Location fantastic. 10 steps away from the main street but not noisy. I will be staying there again next year for sure

Hotel dallo stile moderno e stiloso. Camera che e' stata un piacere. Arredata con gusto. Bagno con ottima doccia ampia e tutto il necessario. Letto comodo. Colazione varia in una sala ampia. Personale cordialissimo. E' in pieno centro in una traversa di via Indipendenza. Soggiorno perfetto.

Non mi sono piaciuti: Airco turns off automatically after a few hours The rooms are very clean, but could use a dash of color to brighten up (maybe a piece of art on the wall or a colored cushion)
