Mi sono piaciuti: It was in such a convenient spot, the staff were amazing and dealt with some special requests without hesitation! If i ever need a hotel in bologna again, I will for sure be coming back... I stayed in the mets apartments which are slightly away from the hotel but the rooms were amazing, huge beds, a double size shower and a good enough kitchen for what little cooking we did. My only regret was not making it up to the hotels roof terrace as it looked amazing, unfortunately it was always closed before we returned.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The only issue I had was that I couldn't seem to get the sky TV to work but that was such a minor inconvenience to a brilliant weekend and realistically it made absolutely no difference to my experience

Absolutely top notch accommodation

Mi sono piaciuti: I liked everything - location is very central and convenient. Apartments are spacious, modern and secure. Everything was clean and made you feel comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful with restaurant recommendations.
Non mi sono piaciuti: My only suggestion would be to ensure that breakfast is replenished at all times as when we arrived it was quite busy and there were only couple of ham and cheese slices left. However, quality of food was great.

Mi sono piaciuti: Luca was incredibly helpful and very honest (refunded us after a price mixup on wine). Room was clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar was a great perk!
