Mi sono piaciuti: Erg mooi verbouwd hotel in het oude centrum. Ontbijt was uitstekend, heerlijk eten en drinken, heel gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel. Onze badkamer was prachtig!
Mi sono piaciuti: Excellent location and we had a small balcony which just added to the lovely room & great bathroom
Non mi sono piaciuti: Make sure you read the email the hotel will send you regarding arriving by car to avoid a fine in the Centro Storico

Mi sono piaciuti: This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location, close to the all major sites with a wide choice for breakfast.

Location is top notch - walking distance to city center and food market. Breakfast was excellent and the staff is friendly, accommodating! I would go back and stay here!
Mi sono piaciuti: Location was great. Sky tv channels were good. Bathroom was great, complete with mood lighting. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Given the cost of the room (over 800 euros for three nights) I would not expect to have to pay extra for additional teabags or to borrow an umbrella. It seemed a bit mean. Also the wall mounted fridge is constantly lit up which is not great when you're trying to go to sleep!

Non mi sono piaciuti: Alojarme en un departamento anexo, fuera del hotel. Si bien en la confirmacion decia "departamento" no tuve idea de que era a dos cuadras del hotel, en un anexo de departamentos. Muy confortable, pero externo y en calle fea
Mi sono piaciuti: Staff were lovely, wonderful location, gorgeous room.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Bed could have been more comfortable. For the price we paid I was expecting more sound proofing - we were there Saturday night and could hear everyone coming and going in the halls outside as if they were shouting to each other. Kettle didn't work but we wanted to go out for coffee anyway.
Mi sono piaciuti: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a great location. A short walk to shops, bars and restaurants.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Our room was at the front of the hotel so a bit noisy. Also other bedroom doors were inclined to slam shut.
