Mi sono piaciuti: Beds super comfortable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful even storing our cheese in the fridge until we left for the airport on our last day

Super modern rooms in the centre of Bologna, the customer service by all staff members from reception to cleaners was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean and we had an amazing view of the rooftops of Bologna from our private terrace. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Mi sono piaciuti: Hotel is pretty and in the center of activities, 10 minute walk to train station. Staff spoke English and rooms are nice.
Non mi sono piaciuti: We had internet issues with logging on more than one device but overall the staff was friendly and accommodating.
