From beginning staff very welcoming and extending self to make sure we enjoy their Bologna.
Right in the centre of Bologna just off Via Independenza, we enjoyed a 4-day stay. The staff were superb, helpful and multi-lingual. Our room on the first floor had an outside balcony, a spacious bed, and well-equipped bathroom. Breakfast was also good, though to English tastes, the bread was the worst I ever ate. This became a condition of bakery in Bologna. Oh dear! Central old town location makes it easy to walk to all major sights and train station.
The hotel was in a great location and the staff was terrific. Minutes from everything. Our first room was noisy, and the staff moved us to another room that was lovely and quiet

Great hotel and stylish, spacious room with balcony. Very central and easy for walking to all the sights and shops. Friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely return.
