Mi sono piaciuti: I traveled with my mom and adult daughter. We got a room for 3. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel staff was super friendly. Overall great experience. I guess the only reason for the 3 star is due to the bathrooms not being updated. Did I mention great location?? Close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions in the heart of the historic center.

I had always wanted to see Portofino but we found we liked Santa Margherita Ligure better. We would have liked to stay longer.

Mi sono piaciuti: Bella struttura, stanze grandi e confortevoli,, ci è piaciuto!
Mi sono piaciuti: Location could not have been better.
Staff were very helpful, especially the young ladies serving breakfast - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was very good and beautifully presented.

Non mi sono piaciuti: No real problems at all except for , some noise from banging doors and vacuum cleaners in the morning, but it didn't disturb us too much. And it would have been nice to have an international news channel on the TV, although I think SKY channels were available at an extra cost.
That said, I would be happy to stay here again and to recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Non mi sono piaciuti: Noisy above us people walking around in clompy loud shoes late at night
Mi sono piaciuti: Appart hotel tout neuf équipé moderne lits king size situé dans une rue perpendiculaire à la rue commerçante donc au calme et dans le centre. Petit déjeuner inclus copieux et varié
