We were a little nervous as we drove down a small, narrow street with loads of graffiti; however, we turned the corner and the lovely Metropolitan Hotel appeared. We were thoroughly surprised and delighted with our stay. Rooms are modern, clean, and spacious (bathroom, too). We even had a very nice balcony! The location couldn’t have been better – 1...

Right in the centre of Bologna just off Via Independenza, we enjoyed a 4-day stay. The staff were superb, helpful and multi-lingual. Our room on the first floor had an outside balcony, a spacious bed, and well-equipped bathroom. Breakfast was also good, though to English tastes, the bread was the worst I ever ate. This became a condition of bakery in Bologna. Oh dear! Mi sono piaciuti: Very central location, walking distance to the main attractions. Clean and neat rooms.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The wardrobe is inside the toilet, and the toilet is only separated by a glass window. So it wasn't useful at all. The room was very small.

Un bellissimo hotel, per il quale non posso che spendere parole di lode. Personale professionale e attento, camere moderne e pulite e colazioni eccezionali. Stra-consigliato sia per vacanze in famiglia che per viaggi d'affari, una particolare lode e un saluto ai proprietari e allo staff,...Più
