Mi sono piaciuti: Location was great! It was 10 minutes walk to the main train station and to the historical part of the town.
The ambience of the hotel was so tasty and stylish.
The heating system was great, rather than annoying air cons there was lovely radiators which didn't dry the air..
The breakfast buffet was something else! The quality of the food and to serve it in such an elegance... Perfect! And the warm smile of breakfast staff Cynthia adds one big star to that!
Non mi sono piaciuti: Altough the room was very clean and the towels were changed every single day, they didn't change the sheets for 3 days...In such a lovely hotel I wasn't expecting it.

Mi sono piaciuti: Posizione, pulizia, cortesia, insonorizzazione, colazione.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Nonostante il calorifero chiuso in camera il riscaldamento era decisamente troppo alto.

Mi sono piaciuti: La gentilezza estrema di tutto Lo staff. Lavorando di notte avevo necessità di riposare di giorno e mi hanno immediatamente sostituito la camera è offerto colazione perché nella mia si sentivano lavori in cortile
