Mi sono piaciuti: La camera accogliente,doccia fantastica e letto comodissimo
Front desk guy went above and beyond call of duty. I was travelling for a trade show and had many many heavy packages delivered to the hotel before my arrival. They were all stored safely and he helped me next day organize a man with a van to transport the materials to the trade show. So helpful and so nice. Breakfast was lovely. The girls helping at breakfast where super nice. Room was nice. Bathroom was really nice. Location fantastic. 10 steps away from the main street but not noisy. I will be staying there again next year for sure

Per una due giorni a Bologna con la mia signora, consultando la mia "bibbia" del viaggiatore decido di soggiornare al Metropolitan. Mai scelta fu più felice! Posizione eccellente, in una traversa della centralissima via dell'indipendenza a poche centinaia di metri da Piazza Maggiore. Siamo entrati...Più

Mi sono piaciuti:
Location was fantastic, and they very safe for a solo traveler having 24 desk agents and having to check id's of everyone walking in - not just the people staying in the hotel. Room was small but had a comfortable bed and everything you needed.
Non mi sono piaciuti:
Was very disappointed the next day when I realized there were empty shampoo / conditioner bottles in shower. Made me wonder what other things cleanliness wise were overlooked...
