Mi sono piaciuti: Staff was always ready to help, recommending places to eat. The rooms were perfectly furnished and clean. And the location was more than perfect.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Breakfast was not too great, limited selection.

Mi sono piaciuti: Posizione centralissima, personale molto accogliente e pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Camere pulite. A pochi passi da Piazza Maggiore. Roof top superbo, dove godere di qualche minuto di tranquillità ed evasione.
Mi sono piaciuti: Мы жили в апартаментах отеля, которые находятся в нескольких минутах ходьбы от самого отеля. Очень удобное расположение в самом сердце Болоньи. Новехонькие, очень чистые комнаты с супер современной сантехникой и мебелью. Очень удобная кровать и другая мебель. С удовольствием остались бы на длительный срок.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Если вам не очень комфортно ходить на завтрак и регистрацию в лобби отеля по улице, то это не ваш вариант. Нам самим пришлось тащить чемоданы в апартаменты. Все остальное - отлично.
Mi sono piaciuti: New roof terrace is a wonderful place to take a break from the city. Breakfast is a lovely buffet, with fresh fruit and exquisite pastries. Quiet, but location 20m off one of the main streets.

Mi sono piaciuti: We were in the annex- it is an acceptable location. We made our own coffee in the morning. It is about 2 blocks away from the hotel in the pictures I would take the clients there on the main road, not the alleys. Once we started accessing it from the main streets, it was great. We loved how quite it was. We would stay there again.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Really let clients know if they are going to stay in the annex, and it is not part of the hotel. At first we were not thrilled to be staying in an apartment that was remote from the main hotel and we did not want to walk for breakfast (we never did - instead we went to local vendors/coffee shops). Beforre we arrived we had planned to drink wine, eat Italian snacks and watch the sunset, then go down to our room to freshen up and go to dinner. However, we never did it once, since we were 2 blocks away, felt odd when going into the main hotel where we did not know anyone, and really did not know the staff. We did not feeel the ambiance of being in a nice hotel with other high end clientele. Instead we had an isolated experience (which truned out to be OK). If you need anything in your annex room, you have to call the main hotel, then later it is brought over.
