Mi sono piaciuti: Location and the reception area
Mi sono piaciuti: 中心街に近く便利でした。フロントの対応も良かったです。イタリアは古い館を改装してホテルにしているところが多いので、このホテルも床に段差があったりスーツケースを持ち運ぶのに不便な時もありますが、室内やエレベーターなど機器も新しく、快適に過ごせました。
Mi sono piaciuti: מיקום מושלם. ארוחת בוקר נפלאה. חדר נוח, מקלחת מצויינת.
Non mi sono piaciuti: צוות מנומס אבל קצת קורקטי, לא החום האיטלקי שציפינו לו. אבל יעילים ואדיבים מכל בחינה.
Mi sono piaciuti: De locatie van het hotel is zeer centraal, in een klein zijstraatje van de via dell'independenzia (hoofdstraat). Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid (vooral naar Italiaanse normen) en van goede kwaliteit.
Groot dubbel bed. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Non mi sono piaciuti: De kamer was klein voor een 3-persoonskamer. Door de nabijheid van de hoofdstraat en door een relatief slechte isolatie was de kamer nogal lawaaierig. Onze kamer was wel aan de straatkant gelegen.Redelijk donker ook.

Mi sono piaciuti: Posizione fantastica, personale accogliente e disponibile
Mi sono piaciuti: We booked the "Business Suite" for 2 nights over Valentine's weekend to dine at nearby (30 mins train) Osteria Francescana in Modena. The room was beautiful with modern, fresh, bright decor. Top floor with a lovely terrace with a great view and outside shower. Two large beds, spa bath, separate table area, sofa, safe... Plenty of space! The hotel receptionists were lovely and helpful. The location was very convenient and walking distance to everything. We'd definitely book again!
Non mi sono piaciuti: The room was lovely and these are small things but... 1. There are three! televisions in the room... And when we turned on one TV, two came on because the controls were the same... 2. The mini bar is very stylish (on the wall) and designed to hold the contents but left no space for us to store our bottled water. 3. We had a large (dining) table and would have liked to have some cutlery and glasses to enjoy a light snack when we didn't feel like going out to dinner after our tasting lunch. 4. We booked a room including breakfast which was in a nice room but food wasn't that great, so next time I'd eat out (and unfortunately there was a long hair on the buffet table one morning which put us off eating).
