Mi sono piaciuti: Lovely boutique feel. Great location
Non mi sono piaciuti: SUPER loud at night...I had to sleep with my iPhone/music to block out the pounding sounds (elevator door slamming, stomping sounds, furniture being moved, etc.). I honestly have no idea what was happening in the room above me...but it was LOUD. Maybe it was a ghost!!! Wasn't impressed w/the breakfast.
Mi sono piaciuti: Exceptional location for key sights and transport.Many good restaurants,cafes within walking distance
Non mi sono piaciuti: front room has street noise from cafe in lane.breakfast room a bit cramped

Mi sono piaciuti: Helpful and friendly staff, great location, nice large room, modern facilty, looks recently renovated, good recommendations on what to do and where to eat in Bologna
Mi sono piaciuti: Pleasant staff. Comfortable beds.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Breakfast room crowded. Staff rushed off their feet.
Asked for a couple of tea bags for the room (coffee WAS provided), but told I'd have to pay for tea (?). Seems a bit penny pinching.
Mi sono piaciuti: locatie was perfect
