Mi sono piaciuti: Location was great! It was 10 minutes walk to the main train station and to the historical part of the town.
The ambience of the hotel was so tasty and stylish.
The heating system was great, rather than annoying air cons there was lovely radiators which didn't dry the air..
The breakfast buffet was something else! The quality of the food and to serve it in such an elegance... Perfect! And the warm smile of breakfast staff Cynthia adds one big star to that!
Non mi sono piaciuti: Altough the room was very clean and the towels were changed every single day, they didn't change the sheets for 3 days...In such a lovely hotel I wasn't expecting it.

Mi sono piaciuti: The lady on the front desk morning and night was AMAZING. So helpful and friendly and after a 6 hour drive and frustrating hour to find a park so we could check-in; she was just what we needed!! The breakfast room and breakfast are delightful and a step up from most that we have experienced around Europe in this price range.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Despite there being parking offered by the hotel, you still have to get to the front door to check-in - Bologna is an old city with NARROW streets and is completely overrun by cars! They guys in the parking garage despite no English, where very helpful!!

Mi sono piaciuti: The hotel was not too far from the station but down a nice quiet little side street and very local for everything.
The hotel was spotless and for a single traveller my room was very spacious.
The TV had BBC news and the room even had a kettle, which you don't always get in Italy.
The air con was very efficient and absolutely vital.
Staff were friendly and helpful and the lady on duty on the first day made some rather good recommendations for restaurants.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The min bar was outrageously over priced. The hotel made money from my room rate so to charge 4 euros for a 33cl beer and 2.5 for a 500ml bottle of water was only matching bar prices. They need to be cheaper.

Mi sono piaciuti: Väldigt fina rum, läget superbt och frukosten var väldigt bra. Trevlig personal.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Det var lite för varmt i rummet när vi skulle sova samt rätt så lyhört.

Mi sono piaciuti: Everthing was good except for the walls are very thin. The breakfast staff was Awesome!!!! Very nice and polite, looking after everything. Coffee was on point.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Front desk staff has to be nicer!And there was a lot of noise coming from staff moving furniture etc early or late at night.
