Mi sono piaciuti: Hotel is pretty and in the center of activities, 10 minute walk to train station. Staff spoke English and rooms are nice.
Non mi sono piaciuti: We had internet issues with logging on more than one device but overall the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Mi sono piaciuti: Localização excelente! Nosso quarto estava com o ar condicionado quebrado, e solicitamos a troca, o que foi feito após um técnico averiguar que o ar realmente estava com problemas. Nos colocaram em um quarto maior e melhor.
Mi sono piaciuti: Excelente ubicación. Personal muy amable y dispuesto. La habitación súper, moderna y recién reformada. Mi próxima visita a Bologna, volveré al Metropolitana!
