Mi sono piaciuti: Excellent city centre location along quite quiet side street. Very welcoming staff who were always very helpful. Good room. Very pleasant design.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Breakfast area rather cramped - tables very close to buffet. Room a shade dark.

Good location, clean room

Mi sono piaciuti: The location and some of the staff was very good. They set a crib for my child.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Facility was not enough. Didn't have dish soap. The guy took us to hotel left room immediately so couldn't ask questions. They were supposed to let us stay extra hour but couldn't get in when we back.

Non mi sono piaciuti: only one gripe, we asked for milk as there was none in the room for the tea. given a small glass of milk. Charged 3 euros for it on check out!

Great hotel and the location. The only issue we found was the lane way below and the smell from patrons smoking below went into the room. The rooms were a bit noisy and you could hear the people talking. But overall great hotel.
