Mi sono piaciuti: Excellent location, in city center, easy walking distance to central train station, historic sites, museums, restaurants, while at the same time being quiet quiet because it is located on a small side street. Great base to explore Bologna, as well as the surrounding Emilia-Romagna area (e.g., Ravenna, Modena, Parma, Ferrara) due to great train connections from the Bologna station. Staff very helpful and efficient. Nice large room (we stayed in one of the olive courtyard rooms).
Non mi sono piaciuti: Not an issue for us, but there are a series of steps up and down to reach the courtyard rooms. The hotel's excellent staff transported our heavy bags for us, but if you have problems with steps, request a room that is reachable by elevator.

Super great cleaning ladies, never been to a hotel where this ladies made this detailed clean. Loved the stuff!!
Non mi sono piaciuti: As it was december it was very cold outside and the room wasn't warm and we could not change the temperature, so that was a bit chilly, other than that was great.

Mi sono piaciuti: πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο σε όλους τους χώρους, υπερπλήρες πρωινό, μέσα στο κέντρο της πόλης, πολύ καλό προσωπικό και ευγενικό!
Non mi sono piaciuti: θα ήθελα να μπορώ να ανοίξω το κλιματιστικό αλλά ενώ ζητήσαμε το κοντρόλ να το ανοίξουμε μας είπαν πως το χειμώνα δεν το χρησιμοποιούν αλλά πραγματικά είχε κρύο κάποιες ώρες που έκλειναν την κεντρική θέρμανση!
