Mi sono piaciuti: Locatie en mooie kamer. Personeel is vriendelijk.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Geluidruchtige kamer. Zowel lawaai van buren als van buiten.
Mi sono piaciuti: Great location in between the main square and the train station. Friendly staff, very hospitable and efficient. Clean room and well maintained.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Nothing much, very nice overall but lobby toilet was a bit dirty, small complaint.
Mi sono piaciuti: Excellent location! Nice interior design. Superb rooftop terrace (not operated during late automn/winter time)
Non mi sono piaciuti: Breakfast area is rather narrow. There is not sufficient space to approach properly the buffet.

Mi sono piaciuti: It was in such a convenient spot, the staff were amazing and dealt with some special requests without hesitation! If i ever need a hotel in bologna again, I will for sure be coming back... I stayed in the mets apartments which are slightly away from the hotel but the rooms were amazing, huge beds, a double size shower and a good enough kitchen for what little cooking we did. My only regret was not making it up to the hotels roof terrace as it looked amazing, unfortunately it was always closed before we returned.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The only issue I had was that I couldn't seem to get the sky TV to work but that was such a minor inconvenience to a brilliant weekend and realistically it made absolutely no difference to my experience
Mi sono piaciuti: Fantastic location close to the centre, restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly.

Mi sono piaciuti: Personale eccellente
Non mi sono piaciuti: Metterei un tenda tra il letto e il bagno con la porta di vetro.
Mi sono piaciuti: Easy stay, cute facilities. Staff was helpful. Nice central location in Bologna. Nice rooms with high quality bedding. Pleasant decor and lighting.
Non mi sono piaciuti: They could give you a couple free bottles of water instead of charging as part of mini bar. Just always think that’s a nice touch in hotels. Sound proofing is an issue- you can hear all the furniture being moved around in units above when maids come, but not really an issue unless you want to sleep in and are a light sleeper.

Mi sono piaciuti: Staff accogliente, disponibile e simpatico, stanza confortevole e curata, colazione varia e di ottima qualità .

Non mi sono piaciuti: la colazione troppa gente in spazi ridotti
