I picked this hotel from other trip advisor comments and I wasn't disappointed! The hotel is tucked in a little street off the main drag and is reached by the airport bus which leaves you off nearly at its door for the price of 6euros...the train station is a ten minute walk away...the modern hotel is small,clean ,welcoming,rooms are very clean with modern bathrooms and free wifi..and air conditioning! Everything is nearby..restaurants, shopping,university,ancient sites and all within walking distance..no need for taxis. Breakfasts are superb..simple,fresh fruits,pastries etc all served by friendly staff, ,,and most important this hotel is not expensive..I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.Mi sono piaciuti: Minimalism and simple basic policies to make the client feel comfortable and welcome work at the metropolitan......clean..modern..good breakfasts.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Noise from street but only if your bedroom is located above the street[extra]Perfect in the centre of bologna.....airport bus leaves you near it's door and train station is ten minutes walk...shops ,restaurants so close by.fr[/extra]

In occasione del concerto di Vasco Rossi (22 giugno 2013), ho soggiornato con la mia ragazza in questa splendida struttura, accogliente e con ogni tipo di confort. Arrivati alla reception alle ore 12:15 siamo stati accolti dal gentilissimo personale, che scusandosi, ci ha comunicato che ancora la nostra stanza non era disponibile e per rimediare ci ha proposto di alloggiare...

Arrivato con largo anticipo, ma subito accolto come un grande ospite, assegnata subito la stanza con signora gentilissima che mi scorta i camera aiutandomi con i bagagli, camera carinissima, accogliente e veramente carina, ma la cosa stupenda, la prima colazione favolosa dolce e salato, mini...Più
Stylish comfortable room & well-appointed en suite bathroom (but no shaver point!) Wide-ranging buffet breakfast, very helpful & friendly staff. Siamo stati in uno.degli appartamenti del metropolitan per un weekend.appartamento curatio,arredato in stile moderno molto piacevple,con un letto gigante e comodo.ottima la posizione centrale e silenzioso.Nicoletta Andrea
Idéalement placé, bien tenu par du personnel agréable et disponible, il n'y a rien à critiquer.
Il faut juste être informé des règles de circulation au centre de Bologne si on vient en voiture.
Il y a des contraintes qu'il faut connaitre.
Certains axes sont complètement interdits, et sur les autres, on peut circuler sans être "photoverbalisé" puisque l'hôtel déclare l'immatriculation du véhicule aux autorités.
Pour le stationnement, il faut trouver une place sous "blue line", prendre un ticket à 9€ au comptoir de l'hôtel et le placer derrière le pare-brise. On est tranquille pour 24H.Mi sono piaciuti: son emplacement au coeur de la ville

Non c'è niente di meglio che trovare un hotel che ti faccia sentire come se fossi a casa tua. Il Metropolitan è questo. Ogni qualvolta che soggiornerò a Bologna, "dormirò a casa mia". Complimenti alla proprietà e al suo staff.
