A friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, an excellent breakfast buffet, good wi-fi, a great location, and a bed with comfortable mattress. A very good hotel in the heart of Bologna
Mi sono piaciuti: Very nice breakfast with lots of choices and friendly staff. Rooftop terrace bar is relaxing and the bar staff again very friendly. Bathrooms are spacious with excellent shower. Location is near streets with many shops and restaurants.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The coffee machine was not clean, the water tank had green globs in it. Always check before using in room coffee machines. The wall refrigerator was not very practical, things fell out when you opened it.
Excellent hôtel, chambre super bien équipée et moderne. Petit-déjeuner varié, tout le monde y trouve son compte. Accueil parfait. Petit bémol pour l'insonorisation des chambres.

Non mi sono piaciuti: Ikke fornøyd med frokost, åpnet seint og det hva lite utvalg. Måtte bruke heis mellom etasjer, trapp kun for bruk til nødutgang. Ventilasjon fungerte ikke, så dør til terrasse måtte stå oppe hele natten for luft.

Mi sono piaciuti: Overall, it is great. The location is really excellent, the staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel is very clean and overall its facilities are very good, including the apartments in the nearby annex. A highlight is the great roof terrace with wonderful views of the city.
Non mi sono piaciuti: My room was unfortunately not up to the same four-star quality as the rest of the hotel; it seemed more like a two- or maybe three-star hotel room. One issue is that it was claustrophobically small, although I knew when I reserved it (the last one available) that it was not large. And, the very small window opened into a tiny air shaft, so did not contribute much light, air, or sense of space. Despite the room's small size, the air conditioner was not particularly effective. Most importantly, the furnishings and finish in the room were not the same high quality as other rooms, the rest of the hotel, or the apartments in the annex building. I had previously stayed here, was looking forward to coming again, and may try to book here in the future. But, this experience was a little disappointing because of this room—if the only rooms available are the tiny one, I will look somewhere else and I recommend others do the same.
