Non mi sono piaciuti: only one gripe, we asked for milk as there was none in the room for the tea. given a small glass of milk. Charged 3 euros for it on check out!

Mi sono piaciuti: + verfijnd en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet
+ vriendelijke receptie
+ mooie, propere kamer (1 groot 2-persoonsbed + 1 stapelbed)
+ goede wifi
+ goede ligging tov centrum
Non mi sono piaciuti: - airco gaf niet veel: 1ste nacht heel warm + weinig lucht; 2de nacht met raam open geslapen = veel beter; klein nadeel: 's ochtends vroeg veel lawaai van leveranciers in de straat; voordeel = op tijd wakker om Bologna te bezoeken ;-)
- kleine badkamer met kleine douchecabine en weinig licht

Mi sono piaciuti: L accoglienza e le informazioni ricevute sui locali per poter cenare. Tutti di ottima qualità
Non mi sono piaciuti: Pur essendo l appartamento bello,arredato bene. Per due notti forse e più conveniente andare in albergo con formula b&b.
Mi sono piaciuti: Rooms were comfortable (except A/C). Great rooftop deck for apertivi. Friendly staff at desk. Attractive hotel. Good price to value ratio.
Non mi sono piaciuti: It was hot and muggy in Bologna, and the A/C in the lobby was as if non-existent. A/C in room was better, but not ideal. Breakfast was just okay and weird -- everything was on these little tiny plates and the staff kept running back and forth to fill them but they were out of so many things -- it was like the illusion of a well-stocked breakfast with little there and an unnecessarily overworked staff. (e.g., how can you not have mortadella or prosciutto in Bologna?) Location is okay -- a little out of the center, but not inconvenient.

Mi sono piaciuti: Breakfast was well presented with a varied choice.
Non mi sono piaciuti: A full range of toiletries would have been nice
Mi sono piaciuti: Staff were lovely, wonderful location, gorgeous room.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Bed could have been more comfortable. For the price we paid I was expecting more sound proofing - we were there Saturday night and could hear everyone coming and going in the halls outside as if they were shouting to each other. Kettle didn't work but we wanted to go out for coffee anyway.
