Situation exceptionnelle à 50 m. de tous les commerces situés sous les arcades de la ville donc à l'abri du soleil ou de la pluie ! L'accueil et la disponiblité des personnes à la réception sont excellents avec de bonnes adresses de restaurant à la clé. La chambre était très calme. Le petit-déjeuner se prend dans une salle très agréable avec la possibilité de prendre le prendre dans un petit patio. Excellent souvenir de 4 jours passés avec une amie pour visiter cette belle ville.
Excellent souvenir, Au centre, près de la gare, du bus aeroport, des bus locaux. Très propre, j'avais une chambre seule avec lit matrimonial, donc assez grande et très calme, lit très confortable. Le personnel est vraiment super, toujours à l'écoute, nombreux conseils pour transports, restos, visites.
Pro: My room had an electric kettle and coffee/tea supplies, a nice touch and very unusual in Italy. The staff (front desk and breakfast room) were pleasant and helpful. Con: The decor in my hallway, dark paint and dark carpet and almost no light, meant feeling blind, especially when coming inside after a bright sunny day (and the mostly-white lobby).

Staff were very helpful!Very clean central hotel.Deserves to be qualified as one of the top hotels in Bologna.If i ever visit Bologna i'd definitely choose this hotel. We went to a concert and thank God for the their help to find us good reliable transport to and from concert at short notice! Complimenti you deserve all the five stars!!;-)
Riktigt bra läge i de gamla delarna av staden. Detta betyder dock att det inte är lämpligt att köra bil hela vägen fram till hotellet då det är gott om enkelriktade gator och trafiken är begränsad genom lokala regler. Parkeringsmöjligheter finns ett hundratal meter från hotellet. Bra hotellrum med bekväma sängar. Utmärkt frukostbuffe som ingick i rumspriset
We loved the Metropolitan. The rooms were very well equipped and spotless. We had to change rooms after the first night, and the management fulfilled our request without any problem. The staff was very helpful with respect to finding parking and giving us directions. Couldn't ask for more.
Superb location and very comfortable hotel, with good amenities and friendly staff. The room was very, very nice. My only complaint is that the parking facilities turned out to be a couple of spaces in front of the hotel, which is located in a narrow dead-end alley. wonderful service and perfect location
hotel is perfectly located literally 50 meters from the main part of town yet it is very quiet. the service is exceptional with everyone so helpful rooms were clean and very comfy bed (only slight minus was the shower which wasn't very hot or powerful). overall highly recommended. and bologna itself is wonderful.
