Mi sono piaciuti: Great hotel - especially now its refurbished - and to a very nice standard mixing old with new. Staff are superb and very helpful.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Internet is poor and slow so could do with improving this. My room was a bit cold and I could not adjust the radiators.
Mi sono piaciuti: The staff was extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is quite central. 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the main piazza! The hotel looks like it was just renovated.

Mi sono piaciuti: La verdad es que aunque teníamos la reserva en el hotel , nos alojaron en los apartamentos de 4 estrellas que son fantásticos;ganamos en el cambio
Mi sono piaciuti: We were in the Annex Apartments which are a little remote from the hotel itself. The apartment was very clean and nicely renovated. We had access to the roof garden which we enjoyed very much. Breakfast was served in the main hotel and was very good. The staff was fantastic.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The annex is about 300 yards from the hotel - about 2 blocks away. Our unit was apartment 2 on the 2nd floor - very noisy from both outside and inside the annex until after 1 am on both Thursday and Friday night. The washer/dryer took 4 hours to was 2 pair of jeans.
Mi sono piaciuti: We stayed at the MET apartments a short walk from the main hotel. Loved the space and design of the apartment and the proximity to the heart of Bologna.

Mi sono piaciuti: Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ήσυχο με άνετο και μεγάλο κρεβάτι και το μπάνιο πανέμορφο. Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει και roof garden με πολύ ωραία θέα.
