Mi sono piaciuti: The location is great for seeing the main attractions and being in the old centre. The roof top terrace is gorgeous; a really lovely way to start or finish your evening with drinks and great views.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The breakfast was really poor compared with other hotels where we have stayed in Italy. We only ate it the morning we were leaving as we needed to set off early. The price wasn't included in the cost of the apartments (which have a kitchen) but we were told it was 14 euros per person. A real disappointment compared to the lovely food, coffee and fresh juice available at cafes across from the hotel. A shame to spoil such a lovely hotel by such a disappointing breakfast.

Mi sono piaciuti: Overall, it is great. The location is really excellent, the staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel is very clean and overall its facilities are very good, including the apartments in the nearby annex. A highlight is the great roof terrace with wonderful views of the city.
Non mi sono piaciuti: My room was unfortunately not up to the same four-star quality as the rest of the hotel; it seemed more like a two- or maybe three-star hotel room. One issue is that it was claustrophobically small, although I knew when I reserved it (the last one available) that it was not large. And, the very small window opened into a tiny air shaft, so did not contribute much light, air, or sense of space. Despite the room's small size, the air conditioner was not particularly effective. Most importantly, the furnishings and finish in the room were not the same high quality as other rooms, the rest of the hotel, or the apartments in the annex building. I had previously stayed here, was looking forward to coming again, and may try to book here in the future. But, this experience was a little disappointing because of this room—if the only rooms available are the tiny one, I will look somewhere else and I recommend others do the same.
Mi sono piaciuti: Bilder sehr zutreffend, schöne, saubere und moderne Unterkunft. Klare Linien in der Einrichtung. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Besonders der Service auf dem Dach :)
Mi sono piaciuti: location very nice! its located at the center of the town. shops and restaurants are just steps away. great coffee shop at the corner of our street, "Zara" and many more shops are just steps away. if i came back to bologna i will definitely stay again in this area but probably will try their apartment instead of the hotel.
Non mi sono piaciuti: rooms are quite small. bathroom also small.

Mi sono piaciuti: Ottima la colazione e la posizione tranquilla e centrale. Personale attento e gentile. Pulito e dalle linee piacevolmente essenziali
Non mi sono piaciuti: Climatizzazione da migliorare, prezzo un po’ elevato per il livello della suite offerto.

Mi sono piaciuti: Extra big bed! It was my husbands birthday & the hotel surprised us with a Birthday cake at breakfast

Mi sono piaciuti: Met name de kamer beviel ons beter ten opzichte van de twee voorgaande bezoeken.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Het is soms voor wat betreft het aantal gasten erg druk geweest tijdens het ontbijt.
