Mi sono piaciuti: L’albergo è carino, in un vecchio palazzo in pieno centro. Le camere sono state ristrutturate qualche tempo fa secondo me, ma comunque sono fatte bene. Ottima la colazione e la pulizia.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Nel complesso poche cose. Avendo dormito in una doppia con letti singoli, il letto aveva le ruote e come ti sedevi si spostava.
Mi sono piaciuti: A good hotel in a very good location but expensive for what it was.
Non mi sono piaciuti: The location and the staff, especially Susan who was extremely helpful at all levels.
Mi sono piaciuti: Great hotel, great location, beautiful rooftop - unfortunately closed during the day, very good breakfast. Recommended.

Mi sono piaciuti:
Stanze sontuose e ben arredate, letti comodi e morbidi. Un hotel affascinante nel pieno centro città, con personale discreto ed alla mano. Ottima colazione in stile internazionale
Non mi sono piaciuti:
Il matrimoniale era composto da due materassi che tendevano a separarsi. La posizione, per quanto ottimale e a due passi dal centro, è circondata da telecamere e zone a traffico limitato. Il vantaggio è che lo staff della reception è pronto a segnalare la propria targa in caso di multa
Mi sono piaciuti: family room was spacious and on arrival staff were very helpful
Non mi sono piaciuti: breakfast was poor given rate charged
Mi sono piaciuti: We stayed in the "Annex" of the metropolitan - their new apartments. We were 4 people and the apartments was comfortable for 1 night - a large bathroom; a closed off bedroom with a double bed; two further twin beds in the living room area, with a curtain for privacy. It was very comfortable for us for 1 night - to stay for longer than a weekend would likely be a bit tight as there is no real sofa / living space. There is loads of storage and closet space. The area is great - hotel and annex are 10-15 minutes from the train station, in the heart of old Bologna, 2 mins walk from Piazza. etc. Beds very comfortable. Would have no problem staying here again. And next time when warmer I hope to check out the rooftop terrace of the main hotel!

Le style de l'hôtel est tout à fait moderne et colle très bien avec ce que nous recherchions.

Le parking.
L'hôtel collabore avec un parking situé non loin.
Réception désastreuse, ne parle aucune langue étrangère, dispose d'un terminal de paiement mais on ne peut pas payer électroniquement.
Nous avons eu l'impression d'être pris en otage par les employés de ce parking. A revoir de la part de l'hôtel.

Mi sono piaciuti: Il servizio! Sopratutto la signora Cinzia della sala colazioni. Una persona squisita!
Enjoyable short stay
Mi sono piaciuti: The location is great. The bed extremely comfortable. Roof top terrace and staff very nice. Big TV.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Cheap disposable cups in room let's it down. Nescafe sachets and powdered milk in room not what we expect in a 4 star Italian city suite. Same applies to the soap.
