Mi sono piaciuti: I traveled with my mom and adult daughter. We got a room for 3. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel staff was super friendly. Overall great experience. I guess the only reason for the 3 star is due to the bathrooms not being updated. Did I mention great location?? Close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions in the heart of the historic center.

Mi sono piaciuti: Posizione comoda, arrivando in treno si può raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti e dista 700 m da Piazza Maggiore.
Albergo pulito e ben ristrutturato, stanze comode e ben accessoriate (quadrupla con 2 tv e salottino, ai bambini é piaciuta la soluzione con letto a castello), silenzioso pur essendo centrale.
Colazione abbondante e ben servita. Molte soluzioni per pranzo/cena in zona.
Non mi sono piaciuti: Occhio che nell'offerta la colazione potrebbe non essere inclusa, meglio verificare.
A me era scritto "pasti esclusi" e non c'è il ristorante ;)
Ho chiamato per accordarmi, altrimenti diventa cara come add-on.

Mi sono piaciuti: Frühstück war fein. Personal freundlich. Zimmer ( wir hatten allerdings große DG mit Terrasse) war sehr schön. Manche der Zimmer sind sehr klein und haben Bad und WC fast im Raum( bei Buchung nachfragen), das ist selbst bei schwer verliebten Paaren sehr eng!
Non mi sono piaciuti: Man kann nicht mit PKW bis Hotel fahren (auch nicht zum Ausladen), das Hotel liegt super Zentral in Hauptshoppingstrasse und die Garage ist 5-10 Min zu Fuß. Mit Gepäck mühsam
